We ship in Continental U.S. and offer free shipping on all orders over $250!
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekend and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with the tracking number when your order has been shipped.
The time it takes to receive items includes processing + shipping transit time.
Shipping Charges for your order will be calculated & displayed at checkout.
* *We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. Once your status is marked as delivered by UPS we are not responsible.
*We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. UPS is currently our main shipping carrier and they are not authorized to deliver to a P.O. Box.

We hope that our Visually Rich accents meets your satisfaction. However, if you’re looking to return your order, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Visually Rich Home reserves the right to decline returns not initiated within the 7-day period.
After initiating your return, you can return your product within 7 days for a refund to the original method of payment.
- Products must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition and packaging.
- The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless you received an incorrect or damaged product.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable
Refunds will be processed when the item has been received in our office. Upon return, your item will be inspected. If eligible, a refund will be issued for the purchase price. Please allow up to 14 days for your credit to process.
Color & Finish
Due to the uniqueness and raw material used in some of our products, the color, finish and dye lot may vary on each item. Also, due to the nature of how products are crafted, the uniqueness of each item varies from piece to piece. In addition, exposure to light and temperature changes can affect the condition of your merchandise over time.

In the unlikely event your item arrives either damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at email@example.com to help resolve your issue, we will ask for photos or videos to determine the best course of action (e.g. replacement, exchange, or refunds). All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Any claims made after 7 days will not be accepted.
